Lost or Stolen Card

To report a lost or stolen Freedom Check™ Visa® debit card:
During business hours, call our eBanking Department at 337-238-6360.
During non-business hours, you may call 1-888-297-3416.
In your online banking account under the Profile Options tab, select the Lost/Stolen option for the corresponding lost card.
Did you just misplace your card?  The MyCardRules™ app allows you to turn your card off while you look for it.  When you find the card, simply turn it back on.  Note:  This feature does not report your card lost or stolen.
 

Fraud Center

As part of our commitment to protecting the security of your account, we continuously monitor for possible fraudulent activity.  Merchants & Farmers Bank Freedom Check™ Visa® debit card holders may receive a text message and/or email notification if there is questionable activity.  If you have any questions, please contact our eBanking department during business hours at 337-238-6360 or during non-business hours, please call the Fraud Center at 1-800-237-8990.
